Custom voter universes, ad audiences, and field lists — built on 18 public data sources, priced for races NationBuilder pretends don't exist.
Limited beta — Summer 2026
NationBuilder starts at $29/month — and that's before you pay for the voter file, which it doesn't include. GOP Data Center requires you to go through your state party, which means waiting, bureaucracy, and data you didn't select. L2 Political charges five figures for a state file. All three assume you have a six-figure budget and a full-time data director.
Most county commissioner, school board, and township trustee campaigns don't. They run on two or three volunteers, a spreadsheet of precinct captains, and Facebook ads their candidate's nephew set up. They fly blind on turnout history, they have no idea which precincts matter, and they pay for targeting tools that were built for Senate campaigns.
That gap is the problem BMS Voter Intel solves. Hyperlocal races deserve hyperlocal data. We built the pipeline from 18 public sources so you don't have to — and we run it as part of the engagement at a fraction of what the incumbents charge.
From universe construction to live digital audiences — we own the full stack.
Custom voter lists built from registered voter data cross-referenced with 18 enrichment sources. Stratified by party, turnout history, geography, donor status, and dozens of behavioral signals. Not a generic pull — a universe designed for your specific race.
Voter universes synced directly to Meta Custom Audiences and Google Customer Match. Hashed PII matching — your voter targets show up in your ad account, not ours. Verified 30–40% match rates on Licking County, Ohio data in live production.
Prioritized canvassing lists by precinct, walk-order optimized, with appended phone numbers for phone bank integration. Built to drop directly into MiniVAN or your field coordinator's preferred system.
Precinct-level historical results overlaid on your universe. Know which precincts your candidate needs to run up margins in, which are persuasion targets, and which are base mobilization. Built on the same data stack — not a separate deliverable.
Every source is public record, legally obtained, and cross-referenced at the voter level.
All sources public record. All cross-referenced at the individual voter level. No purchased commercial data required.
Eight documented use cases from production data — each with real numbers from real races.
Replace expensive SaaS subscriptions with commodity cloud infrastructure that your campaign owns. Verified at $6.50/mo for a 124K-voter county deployment.

Read the WhitepaperBeta access is limited to Republican and independent candidates in active down-ballot races. We're building this for the races that commercial platforms underserve — and we're keeping the beta cohort small enough to do it well.
Beta participants get:
Ideal beta candidate: Republican or independent candidate for county commissioner, school board, state legislature, or township trustee in a jurisdiction under 50,000 registered voters. Active race with a known opponent and a general election in 2026.
Request Beta AccessWhat does it cost?
Beta pricing is by engagement — contact us. BMS Voter Intel is built as a managed service delivered as part of a BMS client engagement, not standalone SaaS. We're not selling data; we're running the intelligence layer for the campaigns we work with. Reach out at [email protected] to discuss fit and pricing.
Do you work with Democratic campaigns?
No. BMS serves Republican, independent, and Libertarian candidates only. This is not a both-sides platform.
What states does it cover?
Any state with a publicly available voter file — which is most of them. The pipeline is built on public data sources that exist in every state. Ohio is fully operational (Licking County ingest verified). Florida and Illinois are Phase 2. New states can be added in 2–4 weeks once the source file format is confirmed.
How is this different from NationBuilder or L2?
NationBuilder is a CRM that happens to sell voter data access as an add-on. L2 is a commercial data vendor charging per-record fees sized for statewide campaigns. BMS Voter Intel is a custom intelligence layer — we ingest the same public sources, cross-reference them at the voter level, build universes for your specific race, and sync them to your ad accounts. You get the output, not a platform subscription you have to learn.
Is the voter file data compliant with platform terms?
Yes. Every ad audience is built using the official Meta Custom Audiences API and Google Customer Match API with hashed PII matching — the same technical process the major campaign data vendors use. No scraping, no third-party data intermediaries, no shortcuts.
Can I get data for my race before the general election?
Beta slots are filling through summer 2026. General election targeting — including early vote suppression — starts ~10 weeks out from Election Day. For a November 2026 race, the operational window opens in late August. Contact us now to get scoped and queued.
