How This Works
Campaign C is our third Van Buren ad creative set. It features four new concepts built around Mark's specific community roles — each produced in two tones so you can pick the voice that feels right per concept.
For each card:
- Check the box if you approve the creative to move forward
- Leave feedback in the text box if you want adjustments
- You can approve the Formal version, the Warm version, both, or neither — your call per concept
- Click "Save Approvals" at the bottom when done — Kelly is notified automatically
Warm tone — community-rooted, personal, neighbor-to-neighbor voice. Best for base activation and social sharing.
Thank you for the detailed feedback. Here's what changed in Wave 1:
- C1 Formal — Added Republican Central Committee; updated HTT to 25 years
- C1 Warm — Removed the "not endorsed by township leaders" line; updated HTT to 25 years
- C2 Formal — Added 16 years on Fire District Board
- C2 Warm — Softened "Every Board Meeting. Every Year." to avoid absolute attendance claim
- C3 Warm — Updated HTT to 25 years
- C3 Formal — No changes (already approved by both)
C4 has been fully reworked based on your feedback that the "Still in the Arena / I've Done the Job" framing read as tired rather than capable. Both cards now lead with accessible constituent service:
- C4 Formal — Pivoted to "Accessible Leadership" theme; years figure updated (now reflects 25 years per confirmed record); new headline "Your Call. Answered." replaces "Still in the Arena"; removed "Still Serving. Still Showing Up."
- C4 Warm — New headline "Experienced. Accessible." replaces "I've Done the Job."; JEDDs/TIFs/CRAs quote removed per feedback; replaced with Mark's direct quote from The Reporting Project (Apr 7 2026): "I'm here to serve people. I don't serve parties."; years figure updated (25 years — Harrison Township Trustee, 1997-present)

Concept 4 — 25 Years / Accessible Leadership
Closing argument creative — pivoted from tenure-as-fighting-spirit to accessible constituent service. Anchors Mark's 25 years of township leadership as proof of approachability and responsiveness, not just longevity. Quote directly from The Reporting Project, Apr 7 2026.
