Bull Moose Strategy LLC ("BMS," "we," "us," or "our") operates bullmoosestrategy.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. What We Collect
Information You Give Us Directly
When you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you enter:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Office you are running for (optional)
- District or jurisdiction (optional)
- Election date (optional)
- Party affiliation (optional)
- Estimated budget (optional)
- Free-text message (optional)
This data is submitted to our CRM system (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) and used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage the potential engagement.
We do not run a newsletter or email subscription list from this Site. Submitting the contact form does not sign you up for recurring marketing emails.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain technical data is collected automatically:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use Google Analytics (property ID G-WT2WWVWV3Z) to understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, general geographic region, device type, and traffic source. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). GA4 is only loaded on the production domain (bullmoosestrategy.com); it does not run on staging or local environments.
- Cloudflare hosting and security: The Site is served through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser type, and request metadata to deliver pages, block malicious traffic, and perform bot detection. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Cloudflare may also inject lightweight analytics scripts at the network edge; any such data is processed by Cloudflare, not separately stored by BMS.
- Form anti-spam signals: The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (a CAPTCHA replacement) to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile may analyze interaction signals to verify you are a real person. No personally identifiable data from Turnstile is stored by BMS. The form also captures a page-load timestamp (used server-side to detect bot submissions) and, if GA4 is loaded, your GA4 client ID (used to associate form submissions with analytics sessions for conversion tracking). Neither the timestamp nor the client ID is used for any purpose other than spam prevention and analytics linkage.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Responding to inquiries: Information from the contact form is used to follow up with you about your campaign and potential services.
- Service delivery: If you become a client, contact information is used to deliver services described in the applicable service agreement.
- Site improvement: Aggregated usage data helps us understand what content is useful and how to improve the Site.
- Spam and fraud prevention: Anti-bot signals are used to protect the contact form from abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
The following third parties process data in connection with the Site:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4. Processes anonymized site-usage data. Privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Web hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, and bot management (Turnstile). Privacy policy.
No other third-party analytics, advertising, or data broker services are active on bullmoosestrategy.com. We do not run a Meta (Facebook) Pixel or any other advertising pixel on this Site. (Advertising pixels are a service we provide on client campaign websites; they are not installed on the BMS company site.)
4. Cookies
The Site uses the following cookies:
- Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, and related): Set by GA4 to distinguish users and sessions. These persist for up to 2 years by default.
- Cloudflare cookies: Cloudflare may set short-lived cookies for bot management and security purposes (e.g., cf_clearance). These are set by Cloudflare's infrastructure, not by BMS.
The Site does not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or tracking you across other websites.
The Site does not currently respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our CRM for as long as the business relationship is active or until you ask us to delete your record. Analytics data in Google Analytics follows Google's standard retention schedule (default: 14 months for user-level data). We do not archive form data indefinitely — if you have not become a client and more than 24 months have passed since your inquiry, we may purge your record in the normal course of business.
6. Children
This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the contact form, contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.
7. Your Choices
- Opt out of Google Analytics: You can prevent GA4 from collecting data about your visit by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using a browser with tracking protection enabled.
- Request deletion of your contact form data: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
- State privacy rights: Residents of states with applicable privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, and others) may have additional rights, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion. Because we collect limited personal data and do not sell it, many statutory obligations do not apply to BMS. However, we will honor reasonable requests consistent with applicable law. 8. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed by Cloudflare Workers. We take reasonable precautions to protect contact form data. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. External Links
The Site links to third-party websites (social media platforms, advertising platforms, etc.). This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external site before providing information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
