How to Pay Your Invoice
- Receive your invoice via email After signing your service agreement, you'll receive a professional invoice from Bull Moose Strategy via email. The invoice includes an itemized breakdown of services and a secure payment link.
- Click the payment link The link takes you to a secure, Stripe-hosted payment page. You'll see the invoice details and payment options. No account creation required.
- Choose your payment method Pay by credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. ACH transfers have lower processing fees and are preferred for larger invoices.
- Receive your receipt You'll get an email confirmation and receipt immediately after payment. All payments are recorded for your campaign finance reporting.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is payment due?
Consulting fees are due within 7 days of signing the service agreement. Your invoice will include the exact due date. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta) — not to Bull Moose Strategy.
Does BMS mark up ad spend?
No. Your ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms. We manage the campaigns but never collect, hold, or mark up your ad budget. You see every dollar in the platform dashboards.
Are there processing fees?
No. Payment processing fees are included in our consulting fee pricing. You are not charged separately for Stripe processing, regardless of whether you pay by card or ACH.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payments industry. Bull Moose Strategy never sees or stores your credit card number or bank account details.
Can I get a receipt for campaign finance reporting?
Yes. Stripe sends an email receipt immediately after payment. You can also access receipts anytime through the payment confirmation link. All invoices include the payee name, amount, date, and description for your campaign treasurer's records.
What is your refund policy?
Consulting fees are non-refundable once work begins. If Bull Moose Strategy terminates the engagement, any unearned portion of fees will be refunded within 30 days. Full details are in your service agreement and on our Terms of Service page.
